In addition to his business acumen, Les has notable experience in real estate, having managed Real Estate Investment Groups for five years and worked as a Project Manager in home remodeling for another five years. Les also has extensive experience in investing in Scottsdale properties and rehabbing them to achieve superior sales growth.

Hailing from the San Francisco Bay area, Kam Jackson developed a fierce passion for finance and analytics that he has incorporated into his career to create an advanced skill-set that examines the correlation between emerging trends and data-driven insights that drive strategic real estate investment decisions.
Kam developed this passion for finance during his undergraduate studies at Southern Utah University where he studied Finance and later obtained his MBA from the university to further refine his financial acumen by specializing in Business Analytics.

Chaez Pearson, Mortgage Professional, Partner SL8 Investments
Chaez Pearson, born in Los Angeles, CA, has a diverse background in real estate, technology, and relationship building. Attending Cal State University Northridge, he majored in Journalism/Broadcast. With over a decade of experience as a mortgage loan officer and real estate broker, Chaez manages a high-level clientele roster in the mortgage industry that spans across 25 states in the nation.
He began his career in technology sales at GoDaddy where he developed a passion for business and cultivating business relationships, a skill-set that served as his foundation as his career trajectory shifted into real estate with the LoanDepot organization. Chavez helped countless clients finance homes in America and abroad that helped him to build two mortgage brokerages from ground-up as Vice President of Sales.
In addition to his roles and experience, Chaez also shares a deep passion for sports media where he hosts a weekly NBA podcast called The Outlet Forum and covers large-scale boxing events with his company Frontline Boxing in his spare time.
Donald “DJ” Sibley, Acquisitions Manager/Partner, SL8 Investments
Donald “DJ” Sibley was born in Los Angeles, California, and has developed a passion and keen understanding of business, relationship building and translating trends in business that sets the market across multiple industries, including real estate. He refined this skill-set during his college studies, but mostly from his hands-on experience in sales, real estate investing and other business disciplines that he has immersed himself in since a youth.
Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in different sales environments, while honing skills in client relations, negotiation, and entity building, which is a personal favorite for him.
DJ later expanded his experience into finance and entrepreneurship as a small business owner, but his passion and primary focus remains to be in the area of capital markets where he relies on his analytical skills and deep knowledge of capital markets. His experience and understanding of the markets allows DJ to help clients make informed decisions in the areas of beneficial real estate transactions and mortgage financing as a Licensed Lending Officer. His diverse background has equipped DJ with a unique blend of knowledge across sales, logistics, real estate, and finance that he applies as a Acquisitions Manager/Partner at SL8 Investments.
